Information Technology Support Specialists

We are looking for persons who can work independently, as Information Technology Support Specialists to join our team, working from home to assist our clients in all their computer repair and technical support needs.


Provide consultation, support, and/or training for information technology based systems. Provide technical support of hardware, applications, operating systems, networking, and participate in applications development and system integration. Answer questions and resolve computer software or hardware issues for our clients.


  • BA or BS University in computer science or one year’s equivalent work experience
  • Extensive experience of computers and servers or at least MCSE 2000 qualification
  • Thorough understanding of PC and network hardware
  • Experience in hands-on hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience in equipment support
  • Working technical knowledge of the latest operating systems, network protocols and standards.
  • Ability to read all relevant documents, including OEM guides, procedural documentation and technical manuals and understand them well.
  • Ability to use peripheral accessories, components and other related tools.
  • Ability to carry out relevant research
  • Ability to perform tasks and prioritize in high-pressure environments

Technical Writer
Klamath Falls/Chiloquin

We are looking for a person who can work independently, as a Technical Writer to join our team, working from home to create online documentation and technical script writing/manuals for our service technicians.

Create large, user-friendly documents targeted to our technicians using our software. Our manuals will detail how to set up a complex software package and use it effectively, and repair technical issues. Create API documentation and write short descriptive documents related to our applications. Apply the rules of grammar and mechanics, but also know when to break them.
Collaborate with the team and build good relationships with subject matter experts.
Deliver quality content on schedule, following defined workflow and styles.


  • BA or BS in Journalism, English, Technical Writing or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 yrs. technical writing experience, with experience documenting APIs.
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be independent and self-sufficient.
  • Experience building a documentation system is a plus.
  • Good working computer
